The Airpower Vertical Air Receivers are either imported from Italy with the legal CE certification and the local AIA mark or a local air receiver with the South African legal documents.

Airpower keeps various sizes and working pressures of Vertical Air Receivers.

Airpower stock the standard 25-micron filters, Coalescing filters, and activated carbon filters. Oil carry over 0.01 mg / m³. We also manufacture replacement elements for opposition filters.

Water is not compressible and when water gets into pneumatic valves and cylinders, it cannot give way and damage the pneumatic equipment. An ordinary water trap can only catch the droplets of water when the air and droplets pass through the filter. Any water condensing after the filter passes the filter as compressed air and not as water. The filter also cannot create air, if it only gets a stream of water entering the filter. This stream of water will run straight through the filter.

Airpower stock the standard inline regulators as well as precision regulators. Compressors cut in at a pressure and cut out at a pressure. If you supply the compressed air, straight from the compressor, to the pneumatic operated machine, the pressure will be too high, vary, and influence the operation of the machine and work. The regulator will reduce the pressure and keep it constant.

Airpower stock in line lubricators for most applications. Pneumatic valves, cylinders, and air motors all have moving parts. These parts need lubrication. Always install the lubricator downstream from the filter and or regulator and as close as possible to the point where you want the lubrication.

You can select the dial size, thread size, and position of the inlet, you like, but when it comes to the pressure range, you try to select a gauge where your working pressure is as close as possible to the middle of the gauge range. The reason is, that the gauge must indicate when the pressure is too low or too high. You can only see this if the normal working pressure is in the middle of the scale.
