Yes. At Airpower, we cut the barrel, manufacture the tie rods, and assemble Camozzi pneumatic cylinders in-house, allowing us to produce non-standard stroke cylinders quickly and accurately. Depending on complexity, custom-length cylinders can be ready within a few hours to a day.

For standard-stroke Camozzi cylinders, we typically assemble and supply within 1–2 hours, thanks to local stock and in-house assembly capability. This ensures minimal downtime for your operation. For larger orders or custom specs, lead times may vary, but we prioritise fast turnaround.

Single-acting cylinders use air pressure in one direction and a spring to return the piston.

Double-acting cylinders use air to move the piston in both directions.
Camozzi offers both types, and the best option depends on your application’s force, stroke, and space requirements.

Most Camozzi cylinders are pre-lubricated and suitable for dry or lubricated air systems. However, clean, dry, and regulated compressed air is essential for longevity. If you’re running a lubricated system, we recommend consistent use of pneumatic oil to avoid seal damage or irregular wear.
