Why you should buy the correct air compressor for your application?

How do you select the correct air compressor?
The volume of air required is the most important figure. It is measured in litre/min or m3 per hour or cfm (cubic feet per min). Let the Airpower engineers calculate the air consumption for you. We take the guess work out of the equation.
The second important figure is the pressure required to operate your factory. It is measured in kPa, Bar or psi.
Your duty cycle is also very important. You are not going to buy an expensive 100% duty cycle machine, if you are going to use it for a few minutes per day. You are also not going to buy a DIY compressor for a 100% duty cycle. The Airpower engineers will advise you here.
Refrigerated Dryers
Refrigerated air dryers from 750 liters/min up to 6500 liter/min ex-stock. Larger ex overseas. Dew point 4°C under pressure. Automatic drain pre and manual drain after filters.
Screw Compressors
Screw compressors have no valves or other mechanical forces to cause imbalances unlike piston compressors.
Compressor Components
Airpower keeps universal spare parts for compressors. Pressure switches, non return valves and safety valves are universal to all compressors. Bottom entry filters/ regulators, electric motors and starters can be used for many makes of compressors.
